The invention discloses a tomato organic nutrient solution containing small molecule peptide and allicin as well as a preparation method of the tomato organic nutrient solution. The tomato organic nutrient solution containing small molecule peptide and allicin is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30% of tomato stem leaves, 10% of eggshells, 20% of garlic, 30% of straws, 10% of orange peels, 10% of a spirulina liquid and 0.1% of fermentative microflora I. The preparation method of the tomato organic nutrient solution comprises the following steps: crushing residual agricultural organic substances, after adding the fermentative microflora I to perform high-temperature high-speed solid-state fermentative decomposition for 24 hours, adding the spirulina liquid, and uniformly mixing and stirring. The tomato organic nutrient solution containing small molecule peptide and allicin provided by the invention can be used for meeting the nutritional needs throughout the whole growth period of the tomatoes, and is nontoxic and tasteless; the contained small molecule peptide and allicin are biological invertase, exist in the form of amino acid, have the functions of preventing bacteria and repairing cells, and can be used for preventing the tomato diseases, reducing dehiscent fruits and malformed fruits, improving the lycopene and improving the quality and outward appearance of the finished product.
