The invention discloses tomato juice beef cooked food and a processing method for differentially pretreating the tomato juice beef cooked food. The processing method for differentially pretreating thetomato juice beef cooked food comprises the following steps: (1) beef pretreatment: pre-cooking beef with beer; and (2) processing of the tomato juice beef cooked food: placing the beef into a pot added with tomato juice and seasonings, and stewing and cooking to obtain the tomato juice beef cooked food. According to the processing method for differentially pretreating the tomato juice beef cooked food, the beef is pre-cooked by the beer, thus, tenderization of the beef is facilitated, then the pre-cooked beef is cooked with sufficient tomato juice, full organic acid in the tomato juice facilitates tenderization of the beef, and thus, the processed beef tastes fresh and tender. In addition, the processing method breaks through the traditional method, instead of placing tomato pieces directly into a pot to cook the tomato pieces with beef, the tomato juice and tomato pieces were are to cook beef together, and the tomato juice fully and rapidly enters the beef, so that the beef is juicy, tender and tasty in a short time.
