The method comprises the following steps: (1) treating tomato seeds, then conducting germination acceleration on the seeds, and conducting seedlinggrowing on the seeds after the seeds are revealed to obtain tomato seedlings; (2) applying a base fertilizer into planting land, then transplanting the tomato seedlings into the planting land, and conducting thorough watering with root setting water after double-row interlaced planting is adopted; (3) 6-8 days after planting is conducted, applying a seedling promoting compound fertilizer, and whenlateral buds of tomato plants grow to 4-5 cm, removing the lateral buds; (4) when first spikes of flowers of the tomato plants open, conducting defloration, defoliation and pinching on the tomato plants, and selectively keeping 3-4 fruits of each spike; (5) when first spikes of fruits of the tomato plants begin to expand, applying topdressing, and applying topdressing again after 9-12 days; (6) spraying a leaf fertilizer after tomato fruits grow for 20-30 days, wherein the leaf fertilizer is a composition of boric acid and sorbitol; and (7) conducting batch harvesting after the fruits mature.The tomato cultivation method has the advantages that the tomato quality is enhanced, and the storage time is prolonged.
