Fecha de publicación: 04/11/2016 Fuente: Wipo tomato PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid matter containing tomato-derived component that contains a tomato-derived component such as esculeoside A which is useful for a human body at high concentration, and has excellent handleability and preservability, and a method for manufacturing thereof.SOLUTION: A solid matter containing tomato-derived component of the present invention is created by eluting esculeoside A from a synthetic adsorbent by solvent containing ethanol after a liquid component contained in tomato fruit is adsorbed to the synthetic adsorbent, and removing the solvent from the eluate, which is preferably powder containing esculeoside A.
