PRODUCING METHOD OF TOMATO GRUEL USING TOMATO, BROWN RICE, AND GLUTINOUS RICE

PURPOSE: A producing method of tomato gruel using tomato, brown rice, and glutinous rice is provided to offer abundant nutrients inside ingredients to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of tomato gruel comprises the following steps: cutting the stem from fully ripe tomato, and grinding the tomato in a mixer to obtain liquefied tomato(S10); roasting washed glutinous brown rice in a pot, and crushing with a crusher(S20); soaking washed glutinous rice in water before crushing with the crusher(S30); inserting the liquefied tomato into the pot, and heating at 80-90 deg C to obtain tomato jam(S40); and adding the glutinous rice powder and glutinous brown rice powder into the pot with water, and heating and stirring the mixture(S50).
