The invention discloses a preparation method of green-maize syrup and tomato minced loaf. The green-maize syrup and tomato minced loaf comprises two foods, namely a quicken-frozen green-maize and tomato cake for short and a green-maize and tomato fluffy cake for short, wherein the quicken-frozen green-maize and tomato cake is prepared by preparing a cuboid anhydrous cake from fresh green-maize syrup matched with 4%-6% of diced carrots and minced tomato, and quickly freezing; the green-maize and tomato fluffy cake is prepared by adding the following auxiliary materials in percentage by weight: 4%-6% of diced carrots, 7%-9% of fresh eggs and 3%-5% of soft sugar to the green-maize syrup, and matching with the following main materials in percentage by weight: 16-20% of minced tomato, 40% of flour and 20% of maize meal to prepare the cuboid cake. The method for preparing the minced tomato comprises the following steps: with tomatoes as the raw materials for preparing minced tomato, smashing and pulping; and adding with 10%-15% of soft sugar, 34%-40% of fresh eggs, 18%-24% of small red bean powder and 20%-25% of starch as complete materials for the minced tomato, and then preparing the semi-finished minced tomato product. Each cake is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer; the minced tomato which is 4-6mm thick is clamped between the upper layer and the lower layer; two rectangle cakes and one cuboid cake are prepared; five-petal plum blossom through holes are formed; two five-petal plum blossoms and an orange five-petal plum blossom are respectively prepared, and are inlaid on a limiting device on the upper end surface of each cake; the two cakes are golden yellow; and the mixed diced carrots are red.
