Fecha de publicación: 09/09/2013 Fuente: Wipo tomato PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unconventional new tomato-containing beverage such as using fruit tomato, in view of the fact that because of having grassy smell peculiar to tomato, a conventional tomato-containing beverage is inclined to be kept at a distance by consumers who do not like tomato, and in order to cope with the variety of preference of consumers in recent years.SOLUTION: A tomato-containing beverage is suppressed in grassy smell peculiar to tomato, retains tomato original gustatoriness, and is improved in container filling properties by adjusting, in a prescribed numeric value range, Brix of the tomato-containing beverage, and a weight ratio of glutamic acid to an amino acid group consisting of aspartic acid, glutamic acid, asparagine, serine, glutamine, arginine and alanine.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
