The invention discloses oil-processed tomato paste, belongs to food seasoning and aims at providing tomato paste which has low loss of lycopene and is beneficial to the absorption of lycopene of a human body. The oil-processed tomato paste comprises tomatoes and edible oil and is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-70 percent of tomatoes, 10-30 percent of edible oil, 5-20 percent of milk and 15-25 percent of rice-water with the viscosity being 10-25W. A preparing method of the oil-processed tomato paste comprises the following steps: crushing and pulping the tomatoes, uniformly mixing the tomato pulp with the edible oil, the milk and the rice-water, heating and boiling till the tomato syrup is completely cured, and boiling for 5-15 minutes with a soft fire. The tomato paste product disclosed by the invention is high in lycopene content, high in dissolution of lycopene and beneficial to human absorption; the defects that greasy mouthfeel, health hazard, high production cost and the like due to the addition of excessive oil are thoroughly overcome, and meanwhile the mouthfeel of the tomato paste product is improved. The oil-processed tomato paste is rich in nutrition.
