The invention provides a multi-variety tomato nondestructive testing method and device, and belongs to the technical field of agricultural product inspection and detection.The method comprises the steps that spectral data of each tomato variety are input into a soluble solid detection model corresponding to each tomato variety, and a soluble solid predicted value corresponding to each tomato variety is obtained; determining a target tomato variety from all tomato varieties according to the soluble solid observed value and the soluble solid predicted value of each tomato variety, and taking a soluble solid detection model of the target tomato variety as a target soluble solid detection model; and carrying out nondestructive testing on the soluble solids of any tomato variety by using the target soluble solid detection model. According to the method, the soluble solid detection model of each tomato variety is established, and the target soluble solid detection model with the best performance is determined from the soluble solid detection model to carry out nondestructive detection on any tomato variety, so that accurate and rapid nondestructive detection on multiple varieties of tomatoes is realized.
