According to the method, the soluble solid detection model of each tomato variety is established, and the target soluble solid detection model with the best performance is determined from the soluble solid detection model to carry out nondestructive detection on any tomato variety, so that accurate and rapid nondestructive detection on multiple varieties of tomatoes is realized.
