The invention discloses a method for prevention and treatment of tomato late blight. The method is characterized in that a tomato late blight pathogenic bacteria contamination purification experiment is carried out to obtain tomato late blight pathogenic bacteria mycelium resistant to the highest temperature of 43 DEG C and capable of still growing at the temperature of 4 DEG C, and spores can all be released from tomato late blight pathogenic bacteria sporangia in 8 hours. Meanwhile, the experiment provides a tomato late blight pathogenic bacteria contamination purification method. A tomato late blight pathogenic bacteria high temperature lethal experiment, a tomato late blight pathogenic bacteria low temperature preservation experiment, observation of time and manner of spores released from sporangia at room temperature and study of bacterial contamination purification methods are performed to obtain the basis of prevention and treatment of tomato late blight so as to achieve good effects on planting and chemical prevention of tomato late blight pathogenic bacteria. The effective rate of the method for prevention and treatment of tomato late blight is 98.7% as tested through experiments.
