The invention relates to a method for preparing crystallized lycopene from tomato paste. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of washing tomatoes, disinfecting the washed tomatoes, cutting the disinfected tomatoes into dices, pulping the cut tomatoes by a pulping machine to form the tomato paste, so as to obtain raw tomato thin pulp, under the low-temperature condition, separating the raw tomato thin pulp into two parts of yellow tomato juice and red raw tomato paste for separate treatment, producing concentrated tomato juice by the yellow tomato juice, and producing tomato red by the red raw tomato paste; extracting water-soluble components from the tomato paste, or separating tomato skins from tomato seeds in tomato skin residues discharged from the pulping machine in the production course of the tomato paste by a liquid rotating separating method; performing degreasing treatment of alkaline cleaning and water cleaning on the obtained tomato paste residues, performing drying, and performing crushing; and immersing the crushed tomato paste residues by an organic solvent, so as to obtain lycopene in dried tomato skins.
