The invention provides a method for identifying resistance of tomato canker. The method comprises the following steps: separating suspected tomato canker pathogenic bacteria, performing PCR amplification by using specific primers chpC-1 and chpC-2, detecting whether the suspected tomato canker pathogenic bacteria are tomato canker pathogenic bacteria or not, amplifying the total DNA of infected tomato plants by primers 27F and 1492R to obtain 16S rDNA sequence of the tomato canker pathogenic bacteria and establishing a phylogenetic tree. Culture medium culture identification and molecular level identification of the tomato canker pathogenic bacteria are combined, so the identification accuracy is improved; the pathogenic bacteria in the infected plants suffering from tomato canker are separated, the specific primers chpC-1 and chpC-2 are used for detecting whether the suspected tomato canker pathogenic bacteria are tomato canker pathogenic bacteria or not, the infected tomato plants corresponding to specific stripes are screened out and detected, and the total DNA of the infected tomato plants are amplified by the primers 27F and 1492R, so that the 16S rDNA sequence of the tomato canker pathogenic bacteria is obtained; and through construction of the phylogenetic tree, homology is judged according to the position of the 16S rDNA sequence of the tomato canker pathogenic bacteriain the system, so that error identification caused by similar forms is avoided.
