Through marking of the two SNP sites, the method for auxiliary screening of the tomato material with the high-sugar character as well as the application of the SNP sites at the 37559435bp position of the sixth chromosome of the tomato genome and at the 3478110bp position of the ninth chromosome of the tomato genome to molecular marker-assisted selective breeding of tomatoes are disclosed.
