The invention discloses a matrimony vine tomato grafting method using inarching, whip grafting and cleft grafting technologies to improve grafting survival rate; matrimony vine root and tomato root can cocuiture tomato branches, so woody matrimony vine can be grafted onto herbal tomato, thus realizing affiliation of various genera plants. The matrimony vine tomato grafting method can improve disease resistance and cold resistance of the grafted tomato, thus increasing yield, improving quality, prolonging survival life stage, and promoting tomato safety overwintering; measured results show that matrimony vine polysaccharide content in every 100g of matrimony vine tomato is 0.73g, calcium content is 8.27mg, vitamin E is 1.113mg, and most outstanding point is that trace element selenium content is 0.197mg, thus improving selenium content by 19.7 times when compared with a normal tomato.
