MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TOMATO JAM CAPABLE OF MAXIMIZING INTAKE OF TOMATO NUTRIENTS

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of tomato jam is provided to increase tomato nutrients by heating tomato in the jam, and to prevent harmful effects of the jam by using natural raw materials for making the jam. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of tomato jam comprises the following steps: heating a tomato-water mixture for 1 ~ 2 hours in 95-100C by mixing the water and tomato with a weight ratio of 1:1 respectively(S10); filtering the tomato-water mixture with a filtering unit(S20); re-heating the filtered tomato-water mixture for 15 ~ 25 minutes in 85-95C(S30); heating the mixture for 15 ~ 25 minutes by putting grain syrup into the tomato-water mixture while maintaining reheating temperature; and wrapping the heated mixture with a packing container.
