The invention relates to a manufacture method of papaya and cherry tomato compound fruit and vegetable juice. The compound fruit and vegetable juice has advantages that the pawpaw has rich smell, the cherry tomato has a fresh fragrance, and the whole fragrance of the fruit and vegetable juice can be remarkably improved by compounding the pawpaw and the cherry tomato. The fruit and vegetable juice is convenient to manufacture, nutritional and healthy, has a good taste, can achieve nutritional value complementation and flavor fusion and has a good popularization prospect.
