The manual shearing tomato picking device comprises a manual shearing mechanism, a crank sliding block mechanism, a tomato locking structure and a pedicel picking and clamping structure. The manual shearing mechanism comprises a shearing handle I, a shearing handle II, an inclined rod, an L-shaped rod and a groove. The crank sliding block mechanism comprises a short inclined rod, a straight rod and a sleeve. The tomato locking structure comprises a fastening disc, a rack, a connecting rod, an adjusting rod, a locking rod and a tomato sleeve. The pedicel picking and clamping structure comprises a fastening clip, a pin shaft, a primary pedicel hole and a secondary pedicel hole. When the manual shearing mechanism is opened, the tomato locking structure carries out primary wrapping on a tomato, and meanwhile the pedicel picking and clamping structure fixes the pedicel, calyx and vine of the tomato. When the manual shearing mechanism is closed, the crank sliding block mechanism moves in parallel, the tomato is fastened through the tomato locking structure, and the tomato is shorn through cooperation of the crank sliding block mechanism and the pedicel picking and clamping structure.
