The invention provides a home tomato wine brewing technology. The raw materials are fresh ripe tomato, white sugar, citric acid, potassium metabisulfite, distiller's yeast and white spirit. The technology comprises the following steps of: cleaning the tomato, airing to remove water on the surface, juicing and fetching the liquid for use; adding the white sugar into the tomato juice, stirring and mixing uniformly; adding citric acid, and pouring the tomato juice into a container; adding the distiller's yeast and the potassium metabisulfite, stirring uniformly, covering and sealing; fermenting at about 25 DEG C for 5 days, and stirring for multiple times each day; pouring the fermented juice into another clean drinking vessel, covering and sealing; storing at a low temperature of 1-5 DEG C for 3 months; fetching the supernate, and adding the white spirit and a proper amount of white sugar; placing for 2-3 days; and filtering, bottling and sterilizing at 85 DEG C for 10 minutes to obtain the brewed tomato wine. The tomato wine prepared by the technology provided by the invention has the functions of nourishing, maintaining health and replenishing blood. By brewing tomato wine at home, the price is low, and the taste is pure; without adding any additive and preservative, people feel safe to drink the tomato wine; and moreover, the wine brewing technology is simple, and people can use the technology after learning.
