PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heated and processed food of tomato having an excellent heated flavor of oils and fats, maintaining a tomato taste and excellent long- term shelf stability free from an oxidative smell of oils and fats by including a berry fruit. SOLUTION: This heated processed food of tomato contains 0.01-10 wt.% (based on heated processed food of tomato) of fruit of a berry such as strawberry, blueberry, or the like. The content of oils and fats such as butter, margarine, or the like, contained in the heated and processed food of tomato is 10 wt.%, preferably 0.5-3 wt.%.
