The invention belongs to the technical field of tomato breeding, and relates to a breeding method of a tomato variety with nematode resistance and yellow leaf curl virus resistance. The breeding method of the tomato variety with nematode resistance and yellow leaf curl virus resistance comprises the following steps: (1) conducting screening on the tomato variety with nematode resistance and yellowleaf curl virus resistance by adopting a molecular marker breeding technology; (2) overcoming technical defects of the molecular marker breeding technology; (3) conducting crossing, self-crossing andbackcrossing on a selfing line of the tomato variety with nematode resistance and yellow leaf curl virus resistance; (4) conducting multi-generation screening on the tomato variety with nematode resistance and yellow leaf curl virus resistance; and (5) conducting crossing screening on the tomato variety with nematode resistance and yellow leaf curl virus resistance. Compared with a traditional breeding technology, the breeding method of the tomato variety with nematode resistance and yellow leaf curl virus resistance has the advantages that the breeding speed is improved by means of the molecular marker technology; spring and autumn two-time screening is adopted, so that the adaptability of the tomato variety which is screened out is higher; and by means of autumn non-protective high-pressure screening, the disease resistance of tomatoes which are screened out is higher.
