The breeding method of the tomato variety with nematode resistance and yellow leaf curl virus resistance comprises the following steps: (1) conducting screening on the tomato variety with nematode resistance and yellowleaf curl virus resistance by adopting a molecular marker breeding technology; (2) overcoming technical defects of the molecular marker breeding technology; (3) conducting crossing, self-crossing andbackcrossing on a selfing line of the tomato variety with nematode resistance and yellow leaf curl virus resistance; (4) conducting multi-generation screening on the tomato variety with nematode resistance and yellow leaf curl virus resistance; and (5) conducting crossing screening on the tomato variety with nematode resistance and yellow leaf curl virus resistance.
