PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tomato juice in which lycopene can be efficiently ingested, and fresh fragrance of fresh tomato to be consumed raw shows up, and to provide a method of making the same.SOLUTION: The invention relates to the tomato juice obtained by squeezing tomato for raw eating not through a heating process, and the blend tomato juice including tomato juice derived from processing tomato and having at least 5 mg/100 g of a lycopene content. The invention also relates to the blend tomato juice including at least 2% by weight and less than 50% by weight of tomato juice derived from raw eating tomato, and at least 50% by weight and less than 98% by weight of from-concentrate juice, and the blend tomato juice including at least 1μg/L of cis-3-hexanal, at least 1 μg/L of trans-2-hexanal and at least 5 mg/100 g of a lycopene content.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
