The method comprises the steps of tomato seed preparation, tomato seed soaking for pretreatment, tomato seed pharmaceutical treatment, tomato seed disinfection, tomato seed germination accelerating and tomato seed sowing. Compared with the prior art of tomato seedling raising, the seed germination percentage in the artificial breeding method is 96-98%, the seedling transplanting survival rate is 90-93.5%, cultured seedlings are strong in growth vigor, developed in root system and high in disease resistance, the incidence rate of gray mold, bacterial wilt and leaf mold is obviously lowered during culturing, the adaptability is high after transplanting, the flower rate and fruit setting rate of tomatoes are significantly improved, fruit development is good, and fruit flesh quality is good.
