Fuente: WIPO "tomato" Provided are sun protection compositions that not only protect from solar radiation but also protect the skin from thermal damage that is caused by solar radiation even in the presence of a sunscreen. The compositions comprise Glutathione, Red salvia extract, Physalis angulata extract and/or melatonin, alone or in permutated combination, as effective agents in providing thermoprotection against the damages caused by radiation in the range 280-1400 nm as well as from their consequences, in particular from heat damages induced by IR radiation.
