The present invention relates to a system which performs pasteurization, UHT sterilization and homogenization of milk and similar food products requiring pasteurization, by means of reaching high pressure values. It is intended for use in the dairy industry, food industry (fruit juices, tomato paste, sauces, ketchup flavors, etc.), pharmaceuticals/biotechnology/cosmetics/chemistry and university laboratories.
