The method includes: acquiring a corrected scanning image, where the scanning image is obtained based on a tissue slice attached to a biochip; performing cell segmentation on the scanning image to obtain a cell segmentation result; extracting, based on an inherent position of each barcode microsphere in the biochip, position information of the barcode microsphere corresponding to each cell in the cell segmentation result; and determining position information of each cell and the statistical information of the corresponding barcode microsphere based on the position information of the barcode microsphere corresponding to each cell in the cell segmentation result. The present application may improve the efficiency and accuracy of cell analysis.
