SUBSTANCE: set of synthetic oligonucleotides is described for detecting the allelic state of the Sw-5 resistance gene to tomato spotted-leaf virus by PCR, characterised in that it has nucleotide sequences that allow dominant, recessive homozygotes and heterozygotes to be identified.
EFFECT: creation of an intragenic codominant molecular marker for clear visualisation of the Sw-5 gene, which will allow accurate identification of dominant and recessive alleles, as well as its heterozygous state.
