It also relates to the seeds coated with such a mixture, the plant grown from the seeds coated with such a mixture, the method for protecting a plant against damage caused by airborne insect pests, which comprises the coating of the seeds of said plant with such a mixture and method for producing a plant which is repellent for an airborne insect pest liable to affect said plant.
