The coolant chamber (310) is in fluid communication with a temperature regulating element. The priming system (100, 200) further includes a mixing unit suspended within an interior of the priming chamber (108, 308, 310). The mixing unit includes a connecting rod (304, 506) extending within the priming chamber (108, 308, 310). The connecting rod (304, 506) includes a distal end and a proximal end. The mixing unit further includes a mixing plate (314, 400, 502, 504) connected to the distal end of the connecting rod (304, 506) and submerged within the priming liquid. The mixing plate (314, 400, 502, 504) includes a plurality of conical holes (402), and, when oscillated, is configured to circulate the priming liquid within the priming chamber (108, 308, 310).
