The miRNA is miRcn1, and the genes regulated by miRcn1 include CRF9. The protein is encoded by the root-knot nematode disease-related miRNA regulatory gene provided by the present application. The application includes resistance to root-knot nematode disease. The present application experimentally confirms that miRNA miRcn1 and its target gene CRF9 have an important role in the control of root-knot nematodes. Overexpression of miRNA miRcn1 and silencing of the target gene CRF9 can improve plant resistance to root-knot nematodes.
