The present invention relates to a real-time action-based healthcare system adaptable to any prescription, wherein a Lifestyle Medicine (LM) prescription is encoded as a Nutribiometric Script (NBS), an executable domain-specific language not restricted to predefined prescription formats or ontologies. Execution of the NBS dynamically instantiates a Lifestyle Medicine Space (LMS) as a computational evaluation environment in which evaluation variables, constraint relationships, and executable evaluation logic are defined and applied to user activities.
The system comprises: a user device configured to input user biometric measurements and user-specific data; a healthcare professional (HCP) device connected to the user device for reviewing, monitoring, and adjusting prescriptions; an online research publication search engine for accessing clinical research publications; a NutriBiometric (NB) Discovery module configured to interpret LM prescriptions provided by the user device or the HCP device, convert the prescriptions into executable NBS form, and derive lifestyle goals for chronic diseases, nutrition, and exercise; and a Lifestyle Medicine Activity (LMA) Discovery module configured to generate candidate executable activities to achieve the derived goals.
By executing the NBS, the system dynamically constructs the LMS without reliance on predefined measurement categories or ontologies, enabling evaluation of user activities through computational state representations within the LMS. The prescription processed by the NB server is executed as actionable lifestyle activities via the LMA Discovery module and an LMA server, allowing flexible adaptation to changing prescriptions while maintaining automated evaluation and tracking of lifestyle adherence.
