The product includes a frozen mixture of health-enhancing substances selected from a group consisting of nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, nutrients, and vegetable, herb, fungus, or fruit extracts; and a liquid base. The product may also include food additives. The method for preparing the product includes: selecting one or more health-enhancing substances from a group consisting of nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, nutrients, and vegetable, herb, fungus, or fruit extracts; selecting a liquid base; preparing a mixture of the one or more health-enhancing substances and the liquid base; pouring the mixture into one or more molds; freezing the one or more molds containing the mixture; demolding the mixture from the one or more molds. The method may be automated or semi-automated.
