Prevention of aggregation in plant milk

The present invention addresses the problem of creating an effective means for preventing the aggregation in a vegetable milk under a high temperature condition. The dispersibility of a vegetable milk under a high temperature condition is increased by treating the same with a protein deamidase. Thus, when the vegetable milk is added to a liquid beverage, a liquid food, etc. at a high temperature, the aggregation in the vegetable milk is prevented.
