The present invention addresses the problem of creating an effective means for preventing the aggregation in a nut milk. The dispersibility of a nut milk is increased by treating the same with a protein deamidase. Thus, when the nut milk is added to a liquid beverage, a liquid food, etc., the aggregation in the nut milk is prevented.
