In some embodiments, the open reading frame is sequence-optimized. In particular embodiments, the invention pro-v vides sequence-optimized polyribonucleotides comprising nucleotides encoding the sequence of the polypeptide of interest, or sequence N having high sequence identity with those sequence optimized polyribonucleotides.
