The method utilizes organic waste, preferably lignocellulosic sugars derived from almond shell and/or olive pit, as a carbon source. This approach provides an efficient and sustainable method for converting waste into valuable microbial oils, an advanced feedstock with low carbon intensity suitable for the production of sustainable fuels, biolubricants, biosurfactants, and other industrial products.
