In particular, the present disclosure relates to method for treating a non-target plant or a part thereof, wherein said method involves application of an effective amount of one or more pesticides and a microbial extract. The present disclosure also relates to the combinations and the compositions comprising said components. Further, the present disclosure relates to using said methods, combinations and compositions for protecting the non-target plant or a part thereof from pesticide injury, preferably herbicide injury.
