Also provided are antigen binding polypeptide variants produced by the methods. Further provided are related libraries and methods of screening such libraries. Also provided are methods of identifying one or more amino acids in an antibody, an antigen binding fragment of an antibody, or an antibody construct that affect the viscosity of the antibody, the antigen binding fragment, or the antibody construct. Also provided are exemplary antibody variable domains with reduced viscosity.
