Fuente: WIPO "tomato" Methods for controlling undesirable vegetative growth in cereal (e.g., wheat, barley, rye) crops are provided. The methods generally involve applying an effective amount of S- Ethyl dipropylthiocarbamate (EPTC) alone, or in combination with at least one other herbicide such as triallate, to soil before, during or after planting cereal (e.g., wheat, barley, rye) seeds, in the soil. Compositions comprising EPTC and triallate are also provided.
