Fecha de publicación: -- Fuente: WIPO "tomato" The present disclosure relates to a method to reduce the feed conversion ratio (FCR) of a farm animal, wherein the method comprises the step of administering (i) a fucosylated mammalian milk oligosaccharide, (ii) a sialylated mammalian milk oligosaccharide, or (iii) a fucosylated mammalian milk oligosaccharide and a sialylated mammalian milk oligosaccharide. It further relates to the use of (i) a fucosylated mammalian milk oligosaccharide, (ii) a sialylated mammalian milk oligosaccharide, or (iii) a fucosylated mammalian milk oligosaccharide and a sialylated mammalian milk oligosaccharide to reduce the FCR of a farmed animal. It also relates to a method to increase the body weight of a farmed animal, wherein the method comprises the step of administering a fucosylated mammalian milk oligosaccharide and a sialylated mammalian milk oligosaccharide.
