The methods comprise receiving one or more input values of one or more measurable parameters of the subject, processing the input values for identifying one or more features that correlates with an age of the subject; applying the one or more input values of the subject to a trained non-linear encoder neural network model that is configured to predict age induced change in inflammatory transcriptomic(s) in a biological sample of the subject, thereby predicting a level of one or more proteins in the biological sample of the subject, and executing a non-linear transformation algorithm using predicted levels of the one or more proteins, thereby predicting the iAge of the subject.
