The lipid nanoparticles according to the present invention are lipid nanoparticles for delivering a drug to a target tissue, comprising: (a) a phosphatidylcholine-type phospholipid having an unsaturated fatty acid chain with 16 to 24 carbon atoms, and (b) a polyethylene glycol-modified lipid, wherein the target tissue is the pancreas.
