The fluid reservoir includes an active ingredient liquid formulation under pressure, by the bladder, for treating plants. The formulation apparatus also includes a cap coupled to the formulation container, and a discharge port coupled to the formulation container. The discharge port is structured to couple to a socket to automatically open to dispense the active ingredient liquid formulation, in only one direction, from the bladder through the discharge port.
