The strip-cutting disc comprises at least one H-blade configured to make a cut perpendicular to a direction of the feed chute, and a plurality of V-blades, wherein the V-blades are configured to make a cut in a direction of rotation of the strip-cutting disc. The strip-cutting disc further comprises an output ramp for discharging the processed food, characterized in that the output ramp comprises an additional unitary cutting accessory configured in cutting sectors, connected to the connection shaft and following the strip-cutting disc, and configured to make a cut substantially parallel to the connection shaft in at least portions thereof.
