The present invention relates to a fluidic food composition comprising: between 20 and 50 wt% of a condensed milk; between 0.5 and 2.0 wt% of pectin; and aqueous phase, wherein said fluidic food composition has a pH less than 4.5, preferably between 3 and 4.2, more preferably between 3.5 and 4.0. The present invention also relates to a method of making said fluidic food composition and use of said fluidic food composition.
