Such compositions may be packaged in food or beverage products with such plant proteins or may be provided separately for subsequent addition to blends containing plant proteins. Such compositions can be used in various food and beverage products containing canola protein or canola protein blends, including various dairy analogue products, meat analogue products, and the like. In some embodiments, the compositions can also be combined with certain fibers as well as certain flavorings and flavor-modifying compounds.
