Furthermore, said extruded malted snack product has less than 20.0 wt. % of a sugar content of monosaccharides and disaccharides, and less than 20.0 wt. % of a fat content, relative to the total weight of the extruded malted snack product. The invention further relates to a method for the manufacturing of said extruded malted snack product.
