The described electroconductive bioinks feature a high capability for cell support, as well as excellent printability and high organoleptic and nutritional properties. The present invention also relates to a method of obtaining a food product through bioprinting by 3D extrusion of the electroconductive bioinks and of the resulting food product. The invention represents as an alternative to food production by 3D extrusion bioprinting associated to cellular agriculture techniques.
