In one embodiment, the method comprises the following steps: receiving, via an input device, a problem statement in natural language from a user indicating a problem that has occurred during operation of the packaging line; generating, by a trained language model and based at least in part on the problem statement, one or more instructions indicating operations to be performed by the user on the packaging line to alleviate the problem; and outputting, via an output device, the one or more instructions in natural language to the user. Also disclosed is a method of training a language model, a language model, data processing apparatus, a packaging line, and a computer program.
