In one or more embodiments, the nanobody is llama GP41 and the amino acid binding sequence is GP41. In one or more embodiments, a synthetic promoter may be used to influence transcription of a target gene. The synthetic promoter includes a core promoter and a trans-activation region. The trans-activation region includes at one sgRNA binding site.
