Provided is a feature for improving food flavor. Food flavor is improved by using: a component (A) that is a yeast fermentation product of Solanaceae plants such as tomato; and one or more selected from the group consisting of a component (B) that is a specific γ-glutamyl peptide, and (C) a fraction containing cell walls of Gram-positive bacteria.
